In the Protester’s Voice articles, I will be interviewing different protesters and relaying their stories and opinions to the best of my ability. The “Occupy the Wall” (OW) movement, is a mysterious thing with many rumors circulating about it. It is not what many people say it is, because at the moment there is no great consensus of what the movement is—at least not in concrete definition.
By interviewing and writing about different protesters, I will be able to present information for public dissection. The pieces, in theory, should come together to form a collage that can be stepped back from and viewed collectively, to discern the whole picture.
Reporting in this fashion should give definition to the movement as major media moves in and puts it into categories, all of them parroting each other, as they so often do.
